Jeff and Kayla were amazing to work with and from the start assured us of everything and explained things in a way we understood. After going through a few other banks to try and get approved and falling short, we were a little apprehensive when he said he was POSITIVE that we would get approved but he and his team came through and offered so much help and support to get us what we wanted / needed. They really came through for us and we really appreciate all that they did

I would recommend this company to anyone especially a first time home buyer, even out of state. I am in SC and was able to get approved for a home that we just closed on today. It was a stressful process but Bobby, Kayla and Tracy were very helpful and always responsive. Bobby, Thanks so much for answering millions of questions that I had and for helping make my dream of owning my own home come true!!!

My experience with Jeff and his entire team with nothing short of amazing. I shopped around for a VA One-Time Close Construction loan for over a year, even made it as far as getting an appraisal with one lender that just could not close the deal, but Jeff got it done! From the beginning he gave solid financial advice, walked me step by step through the process, and made me feel like my win was his win.
